    Terms & Conditions

    Welcome to airlix.pk. These terms apply to everyone who visits our website or buys an air conditioner from us. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

    1. Orders & Acceptance

    When you place an order for an air conditioner, we send you a confirmation email. That doesn't mean we've accepted your order yet. We may cancel or limit an order if:

    • The product is out of stock

    • There's an error in pricing or description

    • We suspect unusual activity

    If we cancel, we'll refund you fully and let you know.

    2. Pricing & Payments

    • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

    • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) , bank transfers, and online payments (where available).

    • Prices can change anytime, but once you've paid, the price is locked for you.

    3. Delivery & Shipping

    We deliver air conditioners across Pakistan. Delivery times are usually 2 to 5 business days depending on your city.

    • A signature is required upon delivery.

    • Please inspect the box before signing. If you see damage, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at +92 348 7477556.

    We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses.

    4. Installation

    • Standard installation (window/non-inverter units) is included for most major cities. Extra charges may apply for inverter units, long piping, or outdoor unit brackets.

    • You will be informed of any installation fees before delivery.

    • Installation is done by our partner technicians. Please allow them safe access to your room/electrical point.

    We are not liable for any pre‑existing electrical issues at your location.

    5. Returns & Refunds

    Since air conditioners are large electronics, we follow this policy:

    • 7 days replacement warranty – If the unit has a manufacturing defect (not physical damage), we will replace it after verification.

    • No return if the unit has been installed or used.

    • No refund for change of mind.

    To request a replacement, email us at airlix.pk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/video of the issue.

    6. Warranty

    All air conditioners come with the brand's original warranty (usually 1 year on parts + 5 years on compressor). Warranty service is handled by the brand's authorized service center, not directly by airlix.pk unless stated otherwise.

    Keep your original invoice and warranty card safe.

    7. User Responsibilities

    You agree to:

    • Provide accurate delivery and contact information

    • Not misuse our website or try to hack it

    • Be present or arrange someone to receive the AC at delivery

    8. Changes to These Terms

    We may update this page occasionally. The latest version always applies to your order. We'll post changes here, so check back once in a while.
